Hey enBees,
we have something special planned for Saturday. We would like to learn self-defence techniques together. This includes, among other things, liberation techniques with physical contact. The attacks will only be simulated (e.g. a hand placed on the shoulder).
We will meet on the south-west side of Kleinhesseloher See in the English Garden. You will be able to recognise us by a Pride flag.
In order to be able to estimate how many participants we should expect, we ask you to register down below.
